I didn't pay attention to calories really until I started FitDay. I just worry some days I am not getting enough. The two previous days to today was the day before and the day of my period so my appetite was off. Also, I realize I had too much cream on some days. We are only supposed to have 2 tbs a day right? I try to keep my protein between 25 to 35% and my carbs around 5%.
Am I hurting myself here?
On my bunless sirloin burger, I get two slices of swiss cheese, two slices of tomato, at least 4 or 5 full leaves of lettuce, two full pickle length pickle slices, and occasionally grilled onions. It is like getting a hamburger steak and salad. I have the dressing on the side which is regular mayo with peppercorns in it (I researched it on the website)
This next week, I am going to put more variety in my diet by making me a quiche for breakfast. I am also going to try to figure out something else for a snack more than pork rinds. I just needed them the first few weeks for that "crunch" factor.
Any suggestions/critiques would be appreciated.

Oh, BTW, I tried to find ribeye on FitDay and all they have is "fat trimmed to 0" I'm sorry, but I am not trimming my fat. I love the fatty part on ribeye and prime rib. Does anyone have the "stats" for 4 oz of ribeye? or tell me where best to go to get it?
