    Re: could you revue please?

looks good except that its hard to tell if u had enough veggies since you didnt mention the amount.
watch out for the shoarma meat, it might have stuff we shouldnt have in the seasoning.

i live in holland too and did find a lot of things i can eat even though i had to get used to it at first...obviously.
cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, radish, paprika and tomatoes...you gotta buy tasty tom tomatoes at albert heijn, if you dont already... *yumm*.
and try to go for the non-seasoned meats since they use way too much potato starch or even sugar with most meats or at least make sure you read the ingredients.

anyway, there's loads of stuff u might not have eaten yet (thats what my problem was) but just try them, you might actually like them a lot.

mh i had no such luck in the supermarkets i checked and i checked plenty.
        they all use sugar here.
i order everything i cant find in the supermarkets online but the webshop i use is german so prolly not for everyone
maybe u can find recipes for sauces and make them yourself?

Your menu choices look fine, Mike. Maybe try to have 'some' veg with breakfast - I often have some cherry tomatoes or raw mushrooms (dont like them cooked) with an omelette to help spread my veggies throughout the day.

As for sauces - Sera's suggestion of mixing them yourself is good - Linda's lowcarb recipe website might have some you could use in the 'miscellaneous' section http://genaw.com/lowcarb/misc_recipes.html
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
