    Ok here is todays menu, i would appreciate your reviews. And how do I add Splenda in Fitday.

    It looks pretty good.
    You may be overdoing the flax. On induction I think it is supposed to be 2 tablespoons. And perhaps watch your daily cheese limit abit.

    When something is not on fitday, you have to add it yourself by adding a customized food item. 1 teaspoon has 2 calories and 0.5 carb I think. You can usually find the nutrition information on the package.

      I agree with Liv, your food choices seem fine.

      If using ground flax to sort out 'bathroom issues' we are supposed to start with one tablespoon and only add more if it isnt working, so you might be overdoing that.

      I noticed an entry for 'raw vegetable NFS' which is a bit vague. Better to choose an entry which states the actual vegetable eaten, as carb counts vary so much depending on what veg it was.

      Another thing that struck me is the mozarella cheese - I think that is a fresh cheese (Dairy rung of OWL) rather than an aged one (legal on induction) but am not absolutely sure.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

          Thanks, sherri - you are right, it is one of those actually listed (blush) I must have had a 'senior moment' last night, as for the life of me I couldn't see that

            I agree about listing the exact veggie as they can vary, some are a lot higher than the 6 carbs listed for general and some are lower.
