Okay so the scale has not budged now for almost a week. I'm trying not to freak and know that it will eventually come down but it's hard, especially when you work so hard!! So I am questioning my diet and I thought maybe there is something I'm doing wrong or could improve on that I cant really see. So could you have a lookey and let me know if there is anything you would change? Thanks!!! I started rung one on Monday so it only goes back a couple of days.
