  • Hi

    Hi

With a busy schedule I would like to know if I have a low carb shake for breakfast and lunch, and then a Low Carb dinner would be ok?

    Thanks

    Re: Hi

Have you tried inputting this menu to fitday.com to see how it makes your ratios work out? Many shakes are very high in protein so might throw your percentages way out of kilter unless you make sure you add fat to them.

The ratios 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs are what we need to aim for in induction.

Also replacing food with liquid means you would be getting no fibre, which we need to make us 'regular'.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
