  • my typical menu.

    I am on the dairy rung...this was my menu yesterday,and it's always similar.

    Breakfast:
    3 fried eggs
    4 piece of bacon
    1 slice american cheese

    Lunch:
    celery
    2 tbsp low sugar peanut butter
    turkey lunchmeat
    >tbsp mayo
    a little bit of shredded lettuce


    snack:
    1 oz colby jack cheese
    pickle


    Dinner:
    8 oz sirloin steak
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup mixed veggies
    2 cups salad:
    3 tbsp ranch dressing
    shredded cheese
    bacon bits

    It looks pretty good to me. But if you are not on nut rung yet you should not really have peanut butter. Is there anything veggie like you can eat with your breakfast? A few pieces of tomatoes perhaps? Just to spread your carbs around.
    Are you using fitday? It helps keep one on track.

      Yeah, the peanut butter thing really gets me. I LIVE for peanut butter. I think I've been eating too much of it lately and don't even realize until my mini binge is over...I don't really care for too much tomato by itself..I've been trying to think of some veggies for breakfast but it never hits me in the morning. Thanks for your input.
