  • Review my fitday for today

Today i am beginning clean induction, I have completed my fitday for today already, since i already know what ill be eating. The only thing im not consuming is salad veggies, however i am getting in my broccoli.

The calorie intake seems somewhat low, so i am very curious to know what others think.

Well, this looks good... so far... but you still have dinner to eat, right? (Or maybe you're not in the U.S.?) You need two more cups of veggies. You can increase your calories with more fat -- maybe some butter or olive oil on the veggies? You've met your cheese allowance for the day, so that's good -- but not more today.

It's hard to comment on calories b/c we don't know your weight, height, or goal. But generally speaking, yes, I would say they are a little low.

Yup, then you definitely need more calories -- and more veggies. You should be eating 12-14 NET carbs worth of veggies per day. What is the fat, carb, and protein percentage fitday gives you? You should aim for 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs. (Or even a little more fat during induction is fine.)

Find out your miniumum calorie requirements here: First find your BMR (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/), then adjust it based on your activity level with the Harris Benedict Equation (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-c...edict-equation/). Your minimum is 500-1000 below the second number.
