A few observations of my own:
-There will be no more shakes. It was a low carb slimfast from the grocery store. I realize that altough it is "low carb" that it has so many other things in it, I'm better off without. So that's done.
-Might have over-did it with the cheese. Will have to watch that in the future.
Otherwise...is this too many calories? How does it look?
