    Hi guys!

    I am on induction and I just had a question! I accidentally skipped breakfast because I was running out the door!

    My lunch is spaghetti squash and that cheese sauce that was posted on the forum a while ago (a cup of cheese, cream, onion, garlic)!

    I just don't know what to have for dinner that will keep me under my 20 net carbs! Can anyone suggest something since my lunch is from the limited selection menu in DANDR!

    Hard to say...how many carbs is your lunch going to be?

    It's probably a good idea to keep some legal snacks at your desk for when times like this happen as well. skipping breakfast is not a good idea.

    or maybe make some in advance, mini quiches are great for an on the go breakfast you can bring to work, as are flax muffins.

      Thanks!! What's the recipe for flax muffins?

      I don't know how many carbs it'll be! I am not sure. It's about 12 net carbs! So I am not sure what to do for dinner now!

        12 carbs isnt' bad..you can have meat and a salad, Not sure how much spagetti squash you're having, but you can still have your salad veggies. . You definately should have a protein with it. since you're not having much with your lunch other than the cheese.


        If that is shredded cheese you might want to watch the amounts, a cup seems like alot, not sure what that would be in ozs?

        linda's website has alot of great recipes on it, http://genaw.com/lowcarb/recipes.html the ones marked with a * are safe for induction. my favourite quick breakfast are quiches, it can be made before hand and has alot of protein so it keeps you fuller longer!

          Thanks so much Sadie! I might have hamburgers and a side salad for dinner!!!! That was so nice of you to help! I am not sure what the cheese would be in announces and I only had about a cup of the spaghetti squash!
