Looks like good food choices to me Angie

The onions are on the 'other veg' list, so made you go 1/2 cup over your one cup allowance, and you were 1/2 cup short of your salad veg allowance (2 cups) but no-one ever got fat from 1/2 cup veg

I cant see any fats listed though you did say you are frying your breakfast - did you use fat or dry-fry this?

Was the tuna fresh or canned? If canned, with oil or brine? choose the 'in oil' version if you can.

Was the chicken cooked with fats/oil?

You can see how your numbers stack up if you like to open a free 'account' with www.fitday.com where it will calculate the fat/protein/carbs your food contains.

For induction we are aiming at about a 65%/30%/5% ratio as this is what the suggested menus in DANDR for induction amount to (according to a Dukes University study).
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: Advice on My induction menu?

I try to fry everything in butter. But i'm finding it hard to eat alot of fat. (which is basically what this diet is about) I've been used to eating "Low fat" things its just weird putting butter and oil in everything!

HOW CAN I ADD MORE FAT TO MY MENU??

As for the tuna, i have been having brine. But i'll definitley go for the oil next time.
I'll stick to 2 cups salad and 1 other veg. From Now on.

      Thankyou

I think its a great menu and you should see great success! =) I had the hardest time reaching for butter and cooking things in their own grease until I read this article right here and then his book. Now I have no problem with the butter but I'm still adjusting to fake sugar lol
