    Day 10 of induction!

    I FRY WITH BUTTER!

    BREAKFAST: 3 Eggs & Mushrooms (1/2 Cup) FRIED

    LUNCH: FRIED Chicken Fillet & Lettuce (1 cup)

    SNACK: Cheese & Cucumber (1/2 Cup)

    DINNER: 2 100% Beef Burgers FRIED With Broccolli & Cheese (2 Oz)

    BEVERAGES: Lots of Water & 1 tea/heavy cream/sweetner

    What do you think?



    START WEIGHT: 214lbs
    1ST MINI GOAL: 196lbs
    2ND MINI GOAL: 168lbs
    3RD MINI GOAL: 154lbs
    FINAL TARGET: 126lbs

    On the beefburgers, what are the ingredients?

    I know its 100% beef, but that justmeans they aint adding pork and other meats...

    I bet they still have flours / breadcrumbs in...

    Other than that, it loosk okay, as long as you are eating enough and feeling satisfied.

      Yep I'd agree. Looks good. Beware of sweetner, though - it can create problems for some people and is best avoided in induction in order to get used to not having sweet things.
