So I am on Day 3 of Induction. I am having a slight case of induction flu but I am making it!
So my question is this... I feel like I might be eating too much meat. I am not sure though. Is there a limit? I know in the book it says you can eat "liberal amounts" of meat but I feel like if you eat 7 sirloins a day thats a little much... Not that I am eating that.
For instance, yesterday I had:
2 short ribs (they were really fatty as well)
3 pieces of tilapia
2 cheeseburgers (no bread. Just the meat, cheese, and mayo)
1.5 cups of brocolli (I really hate salad, I havent been able to eat it)
1 chicken breast w/mustard
I am always kind of on the run and I am a horrible cook so I just basically live off my foreman grill since its so quick. Am I ok doing this? Or am I eating too much meat?
