I got a chuck steak, 9 pounds, and I put it in the crock pot with just a touch of onion and let it cook overnight. I go and try to put it in FitDay and I get so many choices that it is crazy. I put in for it to be braised becasue I thought maybe that was the best choice but then I realized the weight was when it was raw. For 9 ounces braised it say calories were over 800. So when I put in raw it said less than 400. I went back to the braised one and I noticed that for "one pound" it was almost the same calories for 9 oz (which is almost a half pound) I changed it to 16 ounces (which would be a pound) and that brought it up to 1500 calories. WTH?? What do I do? I would like a fairly accurate count but all it says on my package is "chuck steak" not all this other crap.
