I could use some advice. I started induction on Monday and I'm only down 2 pounds. I honestly think it's becuase of the time of month for me but want to double check anyway.
B: 2 eggs, 1 yolk, 1 sausage patty (I was having 2 whole eggs and 2 sausage but just changed today since there hasn't been much loss)
S: 3 small beef sticks, sometimes a cheese stick
L: Usually salad with buffalo chicken (i microwave boneless chicken and cover with hot sauce) mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp ranch
Today I need a change so I brought a chef salad with ranch
S: pistachios
D: some type of meat and veggies
S: depending on what I'm in the mood for, I choose between: sugar free popsicle, pepperoni & cheese
I've only been getting in 1/2 of my water, I know I need to up that.
Any other suggestions?
