1 slice of cheddar cheese
Lunch: 1 cup tuna with tablespoon of mayo
1 slice of cheddar cheese
Snack: Pepporoni or Pork Skins
Dinner Turkey Burger with 1 slice of cheddar cheese and a pickle
Gallon of water a day.. ALWAYS

. I used to get migraines, too. Except for the first few days, I have not had one since I started Atkins 6 weeks ago. Dr. Atkins said we are supposed to eat when we're hungry and then eat until we're satisfied. If you're not feeling well today and don't want to eat I don't think that would cause much harm. If it is a daily thing then that would be a different story. From what I've heard and read if you take in too few calories (under 1200 or 1300?) it can hinder your weightloss.
