Missy, I'm going to sound like your mom...You need to eat your vegetables .

What level of the plan are you on? Induction, OWL, etc? Starting with Induction you should be eating three cups of salad veggies or 2 cups of salad veggies and 1 cup of another acceptable vegetable each day. Check out this link for more info: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=6781.

    Good Luck!

Yes missy work in those vegetables.
Have you read the book so you know what induction is supposed to be like?

My other point would be that it looks like you are getting a lot of salt since you are eating lots of processed stuff. Make sure you watch that as well

Thank you very much. I will work the veggies in. I like them, but I thought I wasn't supposed to have them. That fact was cleard up for me this morning though, and I am going to the store tonight

I feel really good actually. I have had a headache all day, but I have to deal with migraines once a month, so I am used to it. I don't think it is from the diet. I have been felling blah, this afternoon. I didn't want to eat lunch at all. I did not feel hungry. When it comes meal time, if I am not hungry, should I still try to eat?

I'm sorry you have a headache . I used to get migraines, too. Except for the first few days, I have not had one since I started Atkins 6 weeks ago. Dr. Atkins said we are supposed to eat when we're hungry and then eat until we're satisfied. If you're not feeling well today and don't want to eat I don't think that would cause much harm. If it is a daily thing then that would be a different story. From what I've heard and read if you take in too few calories (under 1200 or 1300?) it can hinder your weightloss.

You are gonna hear this alot around here but you need to get yourself a copy of DANDR and read it. It will help you immensely. Make sure you are eating something at least every 6 hours you are not asleep. Even if it's just popping a cherry tomatoe into your mouth and having a hard boiled egg. Going too long without eating will hinder your progress as your body moves into starvation mode.

I am trying..... I can't find it anywhere. I hate to order things online, because it takes so long to get them. I may have to do it though.

                              Hi Missy,
That is looking pretty good to me. But I don't think that your carbs are coming from veggies mainly. Looks like they are coming from cheese. Are you using Fitday? How much carbs does that menu come out as?

My advice would be incorporating more veggies. Do you like zucchini - that could work with your breakfast. (I just found out I really like zucchini) How about broccoli? Cauliflower?
There is a good cauliflower dish from the recipe section that I just tried
