My keto sticks are only a very pale pink, when I have done induction before a few years ago, they were dark or purple.
This is my diet yesterday;
Breakfast: 1 poached egg, 1 rasher of bacon and some saute'd mushrooms
Water and a cup of tea with full fat milk
Lunch: 2 egg ommlete, with cheese, herbs, mushrooms, cup of salad and mayo.
Water
Snack: 2 celery sticks, with 20z stilton cheese
Dinner: Dr Atkins fromage burgers, 1 small saute courgettes (zuchini) and a cup of salad.
Water
2 x cups of black coffee with heavy cream
I've never had problems in the past with caffine and atkins (but then didnt have much weight to lose), nor having the odd splash of full fat milk as long as I keot it under my carb content. I've not weighed myself as am only in day 3, however my sticks aren't as dark as they have been in the past when I first tried atkins *stomps foot*
ANy advice? HOw does my induction diet look?
