I started March 31st and I've lost 8 pounds but it seems to be slow going. I'm sure it's because of all the yo-yo dieting in recent years. I just want to double check my menu to rule out anything there.
B: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 sausage patties, coffee w/half&half
S: string cheese
L: hamburger patty w/cheese, salad w/cheese, bacon bits, 2 tbls. ranch
S: sugar free jello
D: meat (yesterday was a turkey filet wrapped in bacon), veggie (yesterday was broccoli w/velveeta)
S: pepperoni w/ mozzarella, sugar free popsicle
What do you think???? Please be honest with me, I really want to lose weight!!
