  • Daily Menu

    So i know this is probably a bore to read but i am going to post my menu up here every day. I think it will help me to see where i need to make changes and where i i may be messing up. I know i have ALLOT of improving to do, thats why im doing this...


    Wednesday: 4/23/08

    10 - 1 cup coffee with 3 tbsp coffee mate
    2 - 4 pcs turkey bacon
    7 - pollo ceasar salad (el pollo loco) no torillas or salsa)
    1 - Atkins vanilla shake
    0 - Grilled chicken breast
    5 - 1.5 cups Green beans
    3 - teryaki sause for dipping
    1 - 1 ounce chedar cheese

    I had 4 bottles of water - all with crystal light 'to-go' packs , 2 diet sodas and one glass of white wine..

    NOT SUCH A GREAT DAY :-( Ill do better today

    Why don't you start a journal or a thread in journal stats? That way your info will be all in one place.

    Also, looking at your menu I suggest cutting out the coffee mate, crystal light, diet soda, wine, shakes, and teriyaki sauce.
