    Hey everyone,
    I'm going to go into extended Induction starting this Monday and I wanted to know what y'all think, this is a week long menu. Thanks.

    Oh, all the meals on there are recipes from Linda's sites and they are according to her Induction friendly. In the ()'s are the net carbs of the food. Thanks again everyone!

    Day 1:

    Breakfast

    - 2 Eggs (2)

    - 2 Sausage Links (0)

    Lunch

    - Italian Casserole (4)

    - Salad (4)

    Dinner

    - Chicken Caesar Salad (3)

    Snack/Dessert

    - Kool-Aid Sherbet (3)

    - Fruitless Fruit Leather (2)

    Total: 18g net carbs

    Day 2:

    Breakfast

    - Italian Casserole (4)

    Lunch

    - Deep Dish Pizza (2)

    - Salad (4)

    Dinner

    - BLT Chicken Salad (5)

    Snack/Dessert

    - Kool-Aid Sherbet (3)

    Total: 18g Net carbs

    Day 3:
