    Hello

    I felt hungry today, on my second day of induction. I am a vegetarian and just started eating salmon and eggs to do atkins. So i am kindda limited in the meat area and am afraid of veggies because i think i will go over my 20 carb limit.
    This is what i ate today, is it too much. too little ?

    I wrote down the time when i ate because i work nights and sometimes have another job during the day so i dont have much concept of breakfast/lunch/dinner etc.


    8pm

    Two eggs fried in little butter with adobo salt. Feeling depressed, very tired (overslept) feeling acidic, need to eat bread !!


    10pm


    Medium piece of baked salmon (olive oil and adobo salt). Half a cucumber with black salt. Feeling tired, like I have a cold, feeling hungry, need to bite into an apple pie from mcdonalds !

    3 am


    Leftover Tofu scramble (small piece of firm tofu with one cup combined of mushrooms and green peppers in olive oil). Leftover 3 hard boiled eggs. Small cup of lettuce.
    Lots of water.


    8am


    Will have leftover medium size piece of baked salmon with some cream cheese and a cup of green tea.

    That looks a good choice of foods - and well done on using a variety of veggies from the 'salad list'

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
