I have been on the atkins for about 4 years, I initially lost 2 stone during the first year I managed to keep it off but I would really like to lose at least another stone.
My diet consists of:
Breakfast
4 1/2 rashers of Bacon, 2 scrambled eggs fried in butter
Mid-Morning
4 small chunks of cheese
Lunch
2 sausages
Afternoon snack
4 small chunks of cheese
Evening Meal
A cupful of Iceberg lettuce, 2 slices of cucumber, 2 cherry tomatos, half a tin of Tuna and mayonaisse.
Dessert
Sugar free jelly and cream.
Snack
8 Brazil nuts
Drink
5 pints of water, 4 decaf cups of tea
Supplements
fish oil, chromium Picolinate, multi vit, Coq 10
Exercise
2 miles of fast walking a day.
I just wondered if anyone could advise me, can I do anything any better?
