    B....2 eggs w/ hot sauce, 3 strips bacon
    L....Chicken salad made with chicken, mayo, celery and onion, on a bed of lettuce, dill pickle
    D Grilled steak, salad w/ v&o, brussel sprouts

    Looks very tasty to me - and all 'induction-legal' too

    Just make sure you stay with the 2 cups of the 'salad list' (which includes your lettuce, celery & dill pickle) plus one from the 'other list' (which includes your onions and brussels)

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      I did end up making a couple changes. I didn't use the celery and onion in the chicken salad.. had to make it up and eat it in a hurry so just chicken and mayo....and dropped the brussel sprouts at dinner and had a portabella mushroom instead. Changed my carb count to 11. Part of my problem is getting rushed and not doing what I set out to do. I'll have to work on that in the future. My success depends on it.
