  • menu for day 6

    br...quiche = to 2 eggs, 1 sl bacon, 2 tbs mush and onion, 1/2 sl american cheese. I made this myself and made it so it could be cut in 4 servings.

    snack...1 oz pepperoni slices

    lunch....3 oz left over pork, 2 eggs scrambled with 1 oz cream cheese, 1/2 c broccoli.

    snack 1 oz pepperoni slices

    Dinner...1 can tuna mixed with 1/4 c mayo and 2 tbs parm cheese. 2 oz bag of pork rinds.

    Are those the only veggies you eat?! As you wrote, you have 1/2 cup broccoli and 2 tablespoons mushrooms & onion (how do you measure a tablespoon of mushrooms? ).

    If you are on induction, you should be having 2 cups of salad veggies (low in carbs) and 1 cup of 'other' veggies (higher in carbs).

      Thank you for reading my menu. I measured 1/2 c of the sauted onions and mushrooms for the entire quiche when I made it then just divided by 4. I resalize I was light on veggies; I am out of lettuce for salad but today is payday and I'll be stocking up..

        Glad to hear you'll be stocking up on the veggies I like to have a scramble for lunch at least once a week. I just throw everything in and call it lunch.
