br...quiche = to 2 eggs, 1 sl bacon, 2 tbs mush and onion, 1/2 sl american cheese. I made this myself and made it so it could be cut in 4 servings.
snack...1 oz pepperoni slices
lunch....3 oz left over pork, 2 eggs scrambled with 1 oz cream cheese, 1/2 c broccoli.
snack 1 oz pepperoni slices
Dinner...1 can tuna mixed with 1/4 c mayo and 2 tbs parm cheese. 2 oz bag of pork rinds.

I like to have a scramble for lunch at least once a week. I just throw everything in and call it lunch.
