Lunch...4 oz gr beef patty/1 tbs blue cheese and dash of hot sauce, 1/2 c cucumbers in vinegar and water,
Snack...1/4 c deviled egg mixture, 4 small pork rinds for dipping. (had some left over from doing eggs for tomorrow0
Dinner....8 oz steak, 2 c salad/1 tbs greek dressing, 1 c brussel sprouts/1 tb butter.
Tried to do better on the veggies today
