Day 8 first day of my second week

  • Day 8 first day of my second week

    br...3 oz sausage patty, 1 egg fried in butter, 1 sl am cheese..

    Lunch...4 oz gr beef patty/1 tbs blue cheese and dash of hot sauce, 1/2 c cucumbers in vinegar and water,

    Snack...1/4 c deviled egg mixture, 4 small pork rinds for dipping. (had some left over from doing eggs for tomorrow0

    Dinner....8 oz steak, 2 c salad/1 tbs greek dressing, 1 c brussel sprouts/1 tb butter.

    Tried to do better on the veggies today

    It looks as if you are getting the hang of this menu planning, Dnn

    Strictly speaking just a tad over on your veg (by 1/2 cup salad), but as one member used to say - no-one ever got fat by eating too much lettuce

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      I thought I might be over on the salad, I'm finding figuring the veggies a big pain in the kiester, but I'm learning. Today I had veggies in my breakfast too, and that means I'll have to cut them for dinner. I'll get it though, my health depends on it.

        And when you move to OWL rung one you can add 5 net carbs more of the veggies which will make things easier!!
