    Breakfast...2 boiled eggs (planned on eating 1/2 cup of chicken salad too but wasn't hungry after the eggs) 20 oz water

    Mid Morning...20 oz water

    Lunch...6 ounces of pork pan fried in olive oil, 3/4 cup sauteed yellow squash with bacon...20 oz water

    Mid afternoon...1 oz cheddar cheese stick, 1/2 cup fresh celery

    Dinner...8 oz grilled steak, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 T Ranch Dressing (2g carb count), 1 ounce shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 20 oz water

    I am taking 1 multivitamin, 400mcg Chromium Picolinate, 1000mg Calcium, 500mg L-Carnitine. I plan to add CoQ10 this weekend (Vitamins are so expensive)

    HW 203/SW 197.5/CW 187/GW 150 OWL Rung 1 since day 15
    I lost 7 pounds during induction, walk or bike 2.5 miles 3-4 times/week

    Your food choices all look legal
    For rung one you are a bit low in your 3 cups (I am assuming the 3/4 cup of squash was your 5 net carb OWL addition), but apart from that you did well

    And good for you for exercising too
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
