Hello all my name is Michelle 23 year old female,5'3" 150lbs.I have wanted to start the atkins diet for a long time and just did not think i had the proper menu.I have posted my menu for you all to see and help me make the proper changes.

breakfast-2 scrambled eggs,two turkey sausages
snack-1oz mozzarella cheese
lunch-4oz chicken,2 cups romaine lettuce,2tbs olive oil
snack-1oz mozzarella cheese
dinner-5oz porkchop fried in 2tbs olive oil 1 cup spinach
