Hi! New here and feel a little frustrated that I have not lost anything since the last day of my first week of induction. I am day 4 of my second week. I lost 4.5lbs my first week. Really, the only difference between this week and last is that I added in some major bootcamp style workouts on Wednesday and today.
Breakfast - 5 Lil smokies and three slices 2% sharp cheddar cheese
Snack - Atkins bar
Lunch - tuna salad on a bed of lettuce, handful of grape tomatoes, artichoke heart
Snack - two slices of turkey bacon or a beef hot dog
Dinner - chicken breast (grilled or baked), salad with snap peas, red pepper, small amount of shredded carrots, real bacon bits, Trader Joe's Goddess Salad Dressing
