    Induction Menu:

    Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 3 pieces bacon, 1 cup cucumber
    Lunch: 1 cup cabbage, 1 fried pork chop
    Dinner: 1 cheese burger, 1 cup cucumber, 1 tbs mayo

    Im not big on alot of the other veggies on the list, but i love cucumber and cabbage, so i have 2 cups salad veggies, and 1 cup other veggies.

    sounds good to me. i think it is good that you are spreading your vegetables out through the day. I am assuming nothing fried is breaded and you are drinking lots of water. Way to go!

      Hi,
      looked good to me too. I would recommend you try some more vegetables. You never know what you will like now that you are an Atkins girl. I found that there are veggies I really like now that I could not eat before. So give yourself a chance and try them. Veggies is a major part of Atkins eating not during the weight losing phase but also after.

        Thank for the replies! I do love my veggies, but of course they would be the bad ones, lol...potatoes, corn, etc. haha I will experiment though, thanks!
