im finding atkins isnt really for me but ive been pretty good @ sticking to a low carb diet
heres what i ate today
1/2 cup of oatmeal 27 carbs
3 eggs , mushroom spinach scramble
1 kaft slice 2 carbs
3grilled chicken tenders
1 can of tuna on a bed of raw green beans with lemon on top
1 can of diet orange soda 1 carb ..
80 oz of water !
i had one whey isolate protein shake (6 carbs )
1 apple , 1 nectarine
what do you guys think ?
