Breakfast
2 eggs
Meat - either 2 sausage patties, 4 bacon, 4 spam, 1 hot link - one of these
1 flax muffin - made of 1 egg, 1.5 tbsp flax, 1 packet splenda, 1 tsp butter
snack
cucumber with sourcream
or cucumber or jimica with spinach/parmesan dip (1carb)
Lunch
Salad - either taco salad with ground turkey, cheese, sourcream, salsa
or blue cheese with chicken, cheese, pepperoni
Jello
Dinner
meat with veggies - varies
I'm not too hungry by the time dinner rolls around
Dessert
pumpkin dessert - 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1tbsp cream, 1 tbsp butter, 1 packet splenda and I usually put tsp whole flaxseed
or two cookies - recipe from here either peanut butter cookies or snickerdoodle made with almond flour
I am on OWL but kinda induction too. I only have 10lbs to lose.
I work out 5 days a week if not 6 doing turbo jam.
