  • I wonder how many carbs I'm actually eating?

    I'm not one of those measuring people, and I also don't keep strict track of weights of things...

    breakfast: 2 oz steak, 2 tblsp sour cream (actually greek yogurt cheese, but same carb count), 1/5 small avocado

    lunch: Acapulco shrimp fajitas (just the shrimp) with 1 cup veggies (I don't know about this, the sauce tasted like it might have been sweetened- not too sweet, but...) and guacamole (like 1/3 of a cup, I pigged out)

    snack: 1 oz cheese

    dinner: tuna salad with 3 radishes, pinch chopped onions, capers

    half-decaf coffee with 2 tbsp 1/2 and 1/2

    Plainly I am going over on my avocado allowance. I wonder how many carbs I am eating though, even if the sauce wasn't sweetened...
    any ideas?

      i started entering your menu into fitday to find out for you, but you need to mention portion size of everything, like..how many shrimp? what do acapulco fajitas consist of? what kind of veggies? what kind of cheese? how much tuna? with mayo?
