So I admit I broke a rule today but I'm pretty sure I'm not too bad off as a result.
I just started induction this week, July 8th.
Breakfast:
Carl's Jr. tried to order a "low-carb bowl" and was denied. Instead ordered a steak egg and cheese burrito, no salsa, and tossed the tortilla. Ate the filling (steak, egg, cheese) in a bowl. Don't know the carbs and I know that was wrong but at that point I was headed to work and had to eat out or nothing.
Lunch:
Chili's wings over buffalo. Listed on their site as 4 carbs as served.
Dinner:
Two hamburger patties, cooked weight 4oz, 2oz medium cheddar cheese (using a hidden carb calculator this had .15g carbs per slice), 2 slices of bacon, 1 serving "just like baked potatoes" cauliflower, 4oz(raw) zucchini.
Beverages:
Diet soda (bad, but all I've got since I gave up coffee), and water.
Sorry if my format is bad, first time on the menu board, LOL. Thanks in advance!
