  • Looking for a review on my menu

    I am on Induction and I am 6' foot and 360 pounds, and 19 years old.

    Here is my average day.

    Breakfast: 1-2 oz of Mozzarella Cheese, Sugar Free Jello

    Lunch: Tuna Salad (tuna+mayo), and a salad, and some pepperoni

    Snack: Beef Jerky (peppered or original) 2-4 carbs

    Dinner: Steak, with a quarter onion chopped up, and fried with the steak. And 1-2 cups of Broccoli

    OR Dinner: 15-20 shrimp, 1-2 cups Broccoli

    Snack: 1-2 oz Cream Cheese with a dash of Splenda.

    Hi MoreStylish, your menu looks good. The proof is in the pudding, you are down 7 lbs., congrats! Speaking of pudding, you will need to watch the sugar free jello. For me it was a staller. I did not gain weight but did not lose any either. Keep it up though, you are doing great!

      You probably should eat a more substantial breakfast. Do you like eggs? They are good for you and great on Atkins (quick too).

      You eat some processed meats there that may have sugar (look at the label) and are probably quite salty. The real stuff is better if you can do it. Looks like you are getting veggies in but make sure that you try new things now and then. There are many different nutrients in veggies so go for some variety. Peppers are really good. Jicama is a good crunchy treat.

      You don't mention what you drink.

      Take your daily supplements and drink plenty of water and you are good.
