  • Looking for revue of todays menu before I eat.

    My menu for today will be:

    3 slices of bacon, 3 eggs w/a quarter cup bell peppers

    snack celery w/ cream cheese 4 stalks

    lunch steak w/mushrooms fried in 1 TBSP butter

    dinner: shrimp and cucumber slices with olive oil, salt & pepper, garlic

    snack pork rhines 15 pieces (only if I get super hungry)

    10-12 glasses of water

    Should I change this or is it okay?

    That looks really good to me. And Yummy too. You don't say how much shrimp and steak you are going to do - make sure you do not skimp and that you get plenty of good fat and protein in.

      looks good. I'll bet with your steak/olive oil/butter/eggs/bacon/cream cheese that you're getting enough fat in and might want to do without the pork rinds. Maybe substitute a veggie snack? I'd follow Liv's advice and plug it into fitday though, you know your portions better than we do.

        I made an account at fitday, but I could not figure it out. It sounds like I need to make that a priority. Thanks for checking out my menu.

        Edit: I think I figured out fit day. I ended up eating a little different then what I had planned on. According to the graph
        I had

        82% fat , 2% carbs 21 carbs total, 16% protein
