I really like this site a lot. It is so imformative, and I feel that I can do well with Atkins by coming here regularly. I started four days ago, and think im doing okay, I just think my portions might be large, but Dr. Atkins said eat until you are satisfied at first, which is what I have been doing. So, here is a typical day:
Breakfast: 3 sausage links, or 3 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs with mushrooms
Lunch: Chef Salad, no dressing or 1 carb dressing, with two cups lettuce, a little bit of turkey, ham, and cheese, cucumbers.
Dinner: A large chicken breast cooked in butter, or a 10 oz. steak, and a cup of asparagus with garlic butter.
Snacks: pickle or two, a handful of pork rinds, or maybe a couple pieces of cheese and lunch meat.
Alright, what do you guys think? Like I said, I am eating large portions, but I do feel that my body is going into the Keto. mode, as my legs are cramping, etc...
