The only thing i have a hard time firguring out is exactly how much mushroom or onion you are eating. 1 of my mushrooms is 1/4cup raw and about an1/8 of my small onion is 1/4 cup - so is really varies and onion can add up fast b/c they are higher on the glycemic index. Otherwise loks really good!

Sounds good! You could have more of the salad veggie list. Romaine is a lightweight. A cup of raw mushrooms is 2 carbs. Mushrooms are pretty friendly - but the onions can sneak in a lot of carbs so i always have to watch myself and measure those. I have finnally gotten the hang of Fitday and that has really helped me. If you use it - it will track everything for you. Just be sure to go to GOALS and set FIBER as a goal - then it will show total carbs and fiber and you can subtract the two quickly to get your net carbs. It looks lie you are eating about 15 net carbs plus the 1 for the diet rite and about 8 are coming from veg. It's a great start - try and get you veg carb number up to 12-15 and you'll be in a great spot.

I know it's crazy - but I loose more when I eat more carbs. i have a bad habbit of being to low in carbs (overall and veg wise)

Everyday is a day to learn though!

        Keep up the good work!!

probably more veggies would be good. Also I think vinegar is not induction friendly?

Vinegar should be fine as long as it is not balsamic vinegar (which has sugar added).
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Went home and checked to see that I was using the right vinegar, and I am. It is an organic Red Wine Vinegar.
