Is that meals in a day? Can you break it down to breakfast, lunch, supper here? What are you drinking?

Yes that is our meal for today.I had ice water with each meal.
Breakfast: was an omlet with mushrooms, onion powder, and cheese with turkey
Lunch:1 cup iceberg lettuce, 6 pepperoni slices ,1 teaspoon ranch dressing 8 green olives
Dinner:1 ounce broiled cod fish with broccoli and cheese
I am still learning how to work the fit day menu i dont know how to make it say which meal i was eating the foods on.

I think that looked pretty good. (Did you forget to add the turkey to fitday?)
I like how you are doing veggie carbs with every meal. That is a great habit to have.

The only issue may be the pepperoni. Processed meat like that have many fillers and sometimes sugars so it is better to work in a more wholesome protein for lunch. Pepperoni once in a while is OK though. My other concern was the cheese. We are only allowed 3-4 ounces on induction and that is a pretty small amount - so watch that part.
Remember to get at least 64 ounces of water and you're good.
How great that you have a partner to do this with. Good luck to you both.
