Hello, I am on my 2nd week of OWL (still rung 1) and have been in a weight loss stall for the last 2 1/2 weeks (very small loss of inches as well). I need to know if I am sabotaging my own efforts because I'm starting to get desperate!
Here's what I ate yesterday:

The 'oopsie muffins' for breakfast are just plain oopsie batter poured into a muffin pan.
The 'base salad' listed in my lunch is 1 cup of spinach, 1/2 an avocado, 1/4 of a red pepper, 1 serving black olives, 1 tbsp ranch dressing & 1 tbsp Duke's mayo.
The 'pumpkin puree' in my dinner is 1/2 a cup of pumpkin, 1 splenda packet, 1 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp of butter, and some spices.
So, is there anything I need to change... my personal stats are in my signature. Thanks in advance!!!
