  • Day 1 of re-induction. Review my menu =]

    4 large eggs
    2 tbsp of butter
    3 slices of cheese (63 grams)
    5 servings of ground turkey
    2 tbsp of mayo
    2 cups of lettuce
    1 cup of caluiflower mixed with broccli
    4 bottles of water
    1 squirt of lemon juice
    some olive oil & vinegar
    You could do anything you set your mind to.

      Your food all looks perfectly legal. And your fat intake looks good. What is a serving of ground turkey?Are you hungry at all? It looks like you only ate two meals?





      290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

        Yeah I went out with friends and sorda forgot to eat [[wow first time youll hear me say that haha]] and a serving is like actually im not sure, i just put the whole package on the grill =/

          You probably should pay attention to your amount. Just so you know how much you are eating. I like fitday as a way to keep track. You may want to look into it.

          Also try not to skip meals but at least have something to eat every six hours.

          Otherwise I too taught it looked like you are off to a good start.
