I've decided I should probably get some feed back on my latest menu. I think I'm a little high on fat.
I began at 168 and now weight 162.
Breakfast - 3 strips bacon and 2 eggs, fried in butter, mock danish (2 oz cream cheese, 1 egg, tsp vanilla, 1 pkg sweet n low, sprinkle cinnamon.
Lunch - Boston Market 3 piece dark chicken (found out it is 8 carbs. Not going back there again). Boston Market Caesar salad (7 carbs)
Dinner - 3 oz filet mignon, 15 slices pepperoni, 2 little containers Jello with whipped cream. Mock danish again. (it was really good both times only this time, I added 2 pkg sweet n low).
It looks like I'm 73% fat, 21% protein, and 5% carbs.
