    Hello, This is my second day into induction. And I would love to know what you think of my diet so far. If you would or if it's possible could you go back to yesterdays meal as well. Today isn't over for me yet. It's 5:48 pm in England so I have a while till dinner. Thanks!

      Sorry, I thought this was a thread to get people to review your menu. My mistake. Just read the things about fit day and posted my link like the stickys instructed. Maybe I'm just confused.

        It looks good to me. You are somewhat on the low side for calorie intake. Make sure to eat enough so that you do not starve through the day. You do a good job of adding fat to your diet.
        I think I would eat a bit more substantial veggies that just salad. it will help you get more carbs and more fiber.
        But you're off to a good start. I like the absence of sweeteners and frankenfood.

          Well I was just going by the 2 cups of salad vegetables and the one cup of cooked. There are not a huge amount of cooked vegetables I enjoy, so I have had, Cauliflower, leeks, greens, string beans, and well that's about it so far . I honestly thought the calories looked a bit high. But I have no idea how many you should consume really. But anyway to answer your question I drink water. That's it. Just plain old boring ice water. And about 8-10 glasses a day at the moment. What's frankenfood?
