I like flavor and LOVE my veggies. I want to make sure I'm not doing too much on induction. Is this ok?

    1 slice yellow onion

    2 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce

    1 hard boiled egg
    1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp real bacon bits

Re: Full Menu for a day

Your menu choices and quantities (assuming the onions/tomatoes added up to nearly one cup and counting the 1/2 celery stalk as the rest of a cupsworth) look good to me
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
