    I was wondering if these percentages sound right for extended induction.

    It includes 15.5 carbs with 3 fiber = 12.5 net carbs.

    Fat 74% Protein 22% Carbs 5% Alcohol 0 %

    Not far off, the ratio given as ideal I believe is 30 %protein, 65 % fat, 5% carbs in induction.

    Sounds like you are getting the hang of it nicely!

      Thanks momtomany1. I am really trying to stay on that induction phase for a while longer. At least until the end of the month. I'm a bit nervous about moving on to Owl. I really don't want to slow the weight loss by much more. Last week I only lost 2 lbs. I know that we won't always lose as fast as we do while in the first week of induction, but boy, it sure was fun seeing that scale drop that dang fast!!!!
