Your carbs are too low, you should be shooting for around 65% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs on induction.

      Re: What do you think?

Maybe if you list the actual food, or paste the link to your fitday account people can make suggestions if needed on how to get your ratios better?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

I don't think you make your fitday public so the link does not work. You need to go in there under profile and click on the button to make it public and then addthe weblink you get here if you want people to have a look

You aren't eating your veggies You need 2 cups of salad veggies each day plus a cup of other induction allowable veggies or another cup of salad veggies. And are you sure you ate a half a cup of butter? That seems like an aweful lot.

                Re: What do you think?

Yes that is a bit too much to eat. Make sure you measure right so that you get a more accurate number. Try that today.

On induction we eat till we are full and do not worry too much about calories.
But down the line you should aim to have your calorie intake closer to your your daily need (or BMR) Find a BMR calculator on the net. Here is one:
                BMR Calculator
Once you find that number you will know your base number but most people move somewhat so your need will be somewhat higher. You can also use the profile section under fitday to find out what your calorie needs are. Mine is around 1700 if I don't do any activities. I don't fret if I am over or under some days. It is just a ball park number.
