    Finally got into the fitday thing and input a few day's worth, actually the 5 days I kept record since I started OWL last Tuesday the 23rd.

    Fitday came up with a lot more of everything than I did. Over the 5 days it averaged about 28g net.

    This past week has been the worst for me, it's pre-TOM, one day I ate a whole can of pumpkin with stevia, butter, and whipped cream, in 2 sittings!

    It was instructive, to say the least, to get this fitday thing going. I think I'm going to make some adjustments and see where I go. I'm not weighing, since several days ago, because of TOM. Next weigh will be Oct 4, no sooner.
