    Breakfast : Cheese omelet with a side of bacon, coffee w/ 1 tbsp. of half/half, 2 Splenda. Some water.

    Lunch. Mixed greens salad w/shredded cheddar, bacon, cucumber, red onion, avocado( sometimes ) and 1 hard boiled egg. Some more water.

    Snack one string cheese and a cup of hot tea with a splash of half/half and one splenda packet

    Dinner: Usually whatever meat I am making for my family, two fried pork chops, a piece of chuck steak, baked chicken, fried chicken, etc. Spinach or broccoli sometimes. Pepsi-one or Diet V8 Splash ( 6oz )

    I really need to increase my water intake.

    It looks a tasty menu with induction-legal choices except for the half&half which has milk in it.

    Try having some cream instead if you can, and save the half&half till you are at the 2nd OWL rung when milk becomes 'legal' if your body can handle it without problems..

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
