Please help!! I am getting really frustrated and I am not sure what I am doing wrong! I did the Atkins diet a few years ago with success and I don’t remember really having any problems. This is my third time restarting my induction phase, it has been a rough couple of months and I have been stressed so I don’t know if that is leading to the problems that I am having or not, first I lost my job and then my mother passed. I started Monday of last week fresh with a clean induction. I am 31 years old and my current weight is 166lbs. I have been working out just about every day and making sure to keep a log of what I eat to track my progress, but my weight is just stuck in the same spot! Please take a look at some sample menus and see if you can see what I am doing wrong:

Most every day I drink 4-5 24oz bottles of water.
Exercise: 40 minutes Elliptical, 10 min Stair Stepper, 40 minutes treadmill - and then either leg or arm weights and abs.
I was thinking maybe I was eating too much cheese, or doing too many weights. Please let me know what you think.
