Re: Need advice on snacks please.
I moved your post into its own thread here so it is more visible.
Do you have a coolbag you can take with you to keep snacks cool till you eat them?Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Cheese sticks are quick and easy. Chopped veggies (induction friendly) are a great option too. Also, you could do cheese/meat roll ups. Hard boiled eggs...I know all of these things need a fridge, but they are pretty portable in tupperwear with a cooling pack. I also like little smokies (cooked of course).

I eat "cheese crackers" It better then a cheese stick in the sense it doesn't have to be cold. you take parchment paper and a slice of cheese. cut it in 16 small squares and place it on the paper in a circl in the microwave for 1 minute. Stick it in a glad bag and you got crackers.
Make sure you watch the rest of your cheese intake for the rest of the day.

I assume by your May join date that you are all done with induction.
I love to take some almonds with me. I like the raw ones the best, no added sodium is good.
You could also take a muffin. The flax muffins are great and you can adjust the recipe so many ways.
Pork Rinds are always good if salt isn't an issue with you.
