So I have felt sluggish today, got up at 7 and took the kids to school, and got back in bed and didn't get up till 1PM. I did have a long day yesterday so maybe i am makiing up for it.

1 1/2 ounces of bbq pork rinds before I went back to bed the first time.
I just finished a turkey wrap. It was a flax seed wrap. 8 net carbs with low sodium turkey, 3 slices of cheese, mayo, mustard, 1/2 cup lettuce and a few pickles.
That's not all....on the side I had a Very small sweet potato measured out after scooping it out of the skin to 1/2 cup packed. I put 1tsp butter, 1/2 package of slpenda and 1/2tsp cinnamon.
Later tonight I plan on having 2 turkey burgers with 2 slices of cheese lettuce,pickle, mayo and mustard.
Normally i would have some broccoli on ths side but not sure since I ate the sweet potato.
I might not be able to eat anything else after my lunch
