    Newbie Atkinser

    Hi i am currently on my 5th day of induction and feel great which is a bit worrying because most people are complaining about headaches and tiredness. I cant weigh myself because i am not on the scales but can feel clothes getting looser ordered the book should be here tomorrow but ive got the cookbook from a friend of my mam and getting the ketosticks off ebay as i type just looking for someone to check over to see if everything is alright

    Good thing about the book. That will help. There is also a FAQ forum here with a lot of very helpful stickies. These ones you should probably check out right away.

    I looked at your fitday and so far it looks like you are eating too much cheese. You need to limit cheese to only 3-4 oz per day. Also most of your carbs should come from veggies. So make sure you get those three cups in that Atkins "prescribed"

    Otherwise it is pretty good
